Here&#8217;s a good one made with bananas, the perfect fruit. <\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><br \/><span>MOM&#8217;S BANANA PUDDING<\/span><\/p>\n<p>8 ounces low fat cream cheese<br \/>1 can Eagle brand milk<br \/>1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix (large)<br \/>3 cups of milk<br \/>1 large container of low fat Cool Whip<br \/>6-8 bananas, sliced in bite-sized circles <br \/>1 box vanilla wafers<br \/>Large bowl or 8X12 pan<\/p>\n<p>Mix cream cheese with Eagle brand milk.<br \/>Add vanilla\u00a0 pudding mix.<br \/>Blend in 3 cups milk, then fold in cool whip.<br \/>Layer cookies, banana slices, and pudding mixture repeatedly.<br \/>Refrigerate for several hours (or freeze for 20 minutes, if you&#8217;re impatient like me!), until pudding is set.<\/div>\n<div>~Laurel~<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The most underrated cook in my family is my mom.
