A success!<\/p>\n<p>We found t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.heb.com\/recipes\/Grilled-Margerita-Chicken-Pizza\/4526001\">his recipe<\/a> for a Chicken Margherita Pizza and modified it some. And we used <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heb.com\/recipecat\/Fast-&#038;-Easy-Pizza-Dough\/4527015\/700100\">this pizza crust<\/a>. These definitely aren&#8217;t the prettiest pizzas in the world, but they were really tasty!<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-S2tGHUWr4wc\/TeZvFRz01vI\/AAAAAAAAArI\/SNYiOio3kc8\/s1600\/photo-374.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"320\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-S2tGHUWr4wc\/TeZvFRz01vI\/AAAAAAAAArI\/SNYiOio3kc8\/s320\/photo-374.jpg\" width=\"240\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the technique:<\/p>\n<p>When allowing the quick dough to rise in a covered bowl, make sure to spray the dough with cooking spray, as well as the bowl. I&#8217;d never done that before. Also, when you roll the dough out to form into your pizza shape, spread a little olive oil on the surface that you&#8217;re kneading it on. That way, it won&#8217;t stick to the grill and become a doughy mess.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-_qYO4MmD88Y\/TeZvOUan8mI\/AAAAAAAAArM\/qdKyA2DBMoM\/s1600\/photo-376.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"320\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-_qYO4MmD88Y\/TeZvOUan8mI\/AAAAAAAAArM\/qdKyA2DBMoM\/s320\/photo-376.jpg\" width=\"240\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p><span><b>Grilled Margherita Pizza<\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>1 batch of easy pizza dough (see below)<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>1 cup pizza sauce<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>6 grape\/cherry tomatoes<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>10 thin slices of mozzarella<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>1\/2 cup (or more) chopped basil<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>2 garlic cloves, minced<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><b><span>In a saucepan, heat pizza sauce, tomatoes, and garlic. <\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>After dough is rolled out into 3 or 4 pizzas, put it directly on the grill for 2 minutes or until dough get bubbly. Then, flip and add ingredients in this order: sauce, basil, cheese. Leave on grill until cheese is melted. Eat!<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><b><span>Easy Pizza Dough (this recipe is in the link above&#8230;I followed it very carefully)<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>1 packet yeast for pizza dough<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>1 cup warm water (around 100-120 degrees F)<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>2 tablespoons sugar<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>1 cup bread flour<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>3\/4 cup whole wheat flour<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>1\/2 cup cornmeal<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>3 tablespoons olive oil<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><b><span>Pour yeast packet and sugar into warm water and stir. Wait 5 minutes.<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>\u00a0In the meantime, mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. Add yeast water and stir until dough forms.<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-pjRgfLo25Z0\/TeZvPc8fYOI\/AAAAAAAAArQ\/JQIzrNUliaM\/s1600\/photo-377.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"320\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-pjRgfLo25Z0\/TeZvPc8fYOI\/AAAAAAAAArQ\/JQIzrNUliaM\/s320\/photo-377.jpg\" width=\"240\"><\/a><span><b><span>Once dough is forming, knead for 2 minutes on a floured surface. (If dough is too runny, add flour, 2 TB at a time to firm a bit.) Spray a second bowl with cooking spray, as well as spraying the top of the dough. Cover with saran wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.<\/span><\/b><\/span><br \/><span><b><span>After 30 minutes&#8230;(this is a good time to heat up the grill)&#8230;transfer dough to a baking sheet or counter with olive oil on the surface and on your hands. Separate into 3 or 4 balls (depending on how large you want your mini pizzas) and form into round crusts (about 8 inches in diameter).
