It&#8217;s healthy, right at 300 calories, and has kept me full for a solid 4 hours (a feat, trust me).<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-OpAqJa2Mu0o\/Tjbajaxe36I\/AAAAAAAAA38\/YWljyhBXUow\/s1600\/photo-615.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"240\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-OpAqJa2Mu0o\/Tjbajaxe36I\/AAAAAAAAA38\/YWljyhBXUow\/s320\/photo-615.jpg\" width=\"320\"><\/a><\/div>\n<div><span><span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span>Blueberry Pie Oatmeal<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span>one bowl<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span>1\/2 cup old-fashioned oats (or whatever you have)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span>1 cup water<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span>1\/3 cup blueberries<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span>Dash of cinnamon <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span>1 tablespoon brown sugar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span>1 tablespoon chopped pecans (optional)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span>In a microwaveable bowl (I used the trusty ceramic Fiestaware), add oats, water, blueberries, and a dash of cinnamon. No need to stir.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span>Microwave for 3 minutes, or until oats are bubbly and cooked. Careful, hot! Top with brown sugar and pecans.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><span><span>Wait 5 minutes to cool. The longest 5 minutes of your life. Enough time to wonder if you should grab those donut holes on the kitchen counter to hold you over. Resist the donuts.
